When reporting a problem
Please tell us, as far as you can, which device, operating system and browser you use, the screen where the problem occurred, the steps that led to it, and any message that appeared. Before attaching a screenshot, check that it does not show personal information.
Information you must not send
Do not send passwords, verification codes, access tokens, encryption keys, credit-card details or other secrets. If you share the content of a reading, remove names, addresses, contact details and any other personal information that is not needed to answer your inquiry.
How we handle personal information
