The Service and development-support tips
NTTarot provides a free browser-based Tarot app and content related to Tarot.
This site accepts optional “development-support tips” from people who use NTTarot and wish to support the app's development, maintenance and operation.
Payment of a tip is not a condition of using NTTarot. A tip does not provide paid features, goods, digital content, ownership rights, decision-making authority over operation of the Service or any other consideration.
A development-support tip is not a charitable donation eligible for a tax deduction.
Development-support tips can be paid through Square's checkout page.
Amount and additional costs
Amount of a development-support tip
The user enters an amount of their choice on Square's checkout page.
The amount that will actually be paid is displayed for review on Square's checkout page before payment is confirmed.
Costs in addition to the tip
NTTarot does not charge the user a separate processing fee or similar charge in addition to the tip.
The user is, however, responsible for internet access charges, data charges and any other costs needed to use this site or the payment service.
Payment method and timing

Payments use Square's link-based checkout. The payment methods available are those displayed by Square at the time of payment.
When payment is made
Payment is completed when the user confirms it on the checkout page and Square successfully processes the transaction.
The date on which a credit card or other payment account is actually charged is governed by the relevant card issuer or payment-service provider.
Provision of the Service
NTTarot's core Service is provided free of charge and remains available regardless of whether a development-support tip is paid.
Payment of a tip does not result in shipment of goods, a software download, delivery of digital content or unlocking of additional features.
Accordingly, there is no separate delivery date for goods or commencement date for a paid service in exchange for a tip.
Cancellation and refunds
Because a development-support tip is a voluntary payment made at the user's own discretion, it generally cannot be canceled or refunded after payment has been completed.
We will, however, review the circumstances and respond individually in the event of a duplicate charge, system error, suspected unauthorized use, a case requiring action under the payment provider's terms, or another case in which action is required by law.

Other conditions
Availability period
There is no fixed application period. A development-support tip may be paid at any time while the support option is available. Acceptance may, however, be temporarily suspended or ended without notice for operational reasons or circumstances affecting the payment service.
Use by minors
A minor must obtain the prior consent of a parent or other legal representative before paying a development-support tip.
Payment service
Payments are processed by Square. Square's applicable Terms, Privacy Notice and other rules govern payment processing.
